Returns

Nothing in these returns terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind: unopened, unused, and resalable stock may be returned within 14 days of delivery if we agree in writing first. Custom cuts, opened packs, and special-order colours are generally not accepted for change of mind. Return freight is usually at your cost unless we advise otherwise.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods: contact us with photos and your order number. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

To start a return, email us with your order number and reason. Do not send goods back without authorisation.
