How is SmoothFlex Pro different from GridFlex Pro?
Both are 400 × 400 × 18 mm virgin-polypropylene tiles on the same interlock. SmoothFlex Pro uses a flat / open-rib face so the floor rolls and cleans more smoothly. GridFlex Pro uses a rounded open-rib face.
Are the tiles UV resistant?
Yes. SmoothFlex Pro is UV stabilised, with fading resistance rated excellent on the dedicated technical specification.
Can they handle high-traffic areas?
They are designed for demanding garage and workshop use, including commercial floors. Load figures sit on the technical specification.
What temperature range can they withstand?
The dedicated technical specification is -40°C to +120°C.
Can I install them myself?
Yes. The tiles interlock without glue. Choose DIY / supply only, calculate your quantity, and add to cart. If you would rather not lay them, request an installed price.
How do I clean them?
Vacuum, then mop with a mild water-based cleaner. The flatter ribs are quicker to sweep than an open grid.
What warranty applies?
25 years, Australian, from Flexspec on SmoothFlex Pro.
Can I mix colours and customise the layout?
Yes. Each colour is its own listing so photography and stock stay accurate. Mix published colours in one room.
Do the same EdgeFlex ramps fit?
Yes. Matching accessories are the shared Flexspec 400 mm EdgeFlex, CableLink and LEDLink parts, matched by colour — not a separate SmoothFlex ramp range.
