Australian Flexspec warranty
A garage transformation starts on the floor. GridFlex Pro is Flexspec’s interlocking tile — 400mm × 400mm × 18mm — laid as a modular surface you can install yourself or have TRNSFORM fit as part of a finished room.
The open-rib profile drains, the virgin polypropylene takes workshop use, and the system comes apart as cleanly as it goes down. TRNSFORM is an Authorised Flexspec Dealer & Installer.
Key benefits
- Virgin polypropyleneGridFlex Pro is moulded from 100% quality virgin polypropylene — a stable, work-ready tile rather than a mixed-plastic compromise.
- Open-rib, no glueThe rounded open-rib construction interlocks by hand. No adhesive. Lift a tile, replace a tile, or take the floor with you.
- Made for Australian conditionsUV stabilisers and wide temperature resistance are built in. The dedicated specification is -40°C to +120°C.
- Drains and resists workshop messBuilt-in channelling sheds water. Oil resistance is excellent, with strong performance against acids and alkalis.

Built for serious garage use
Virgin polypropylene tiles take workshop load, UV and temperature swing without turning the floor into a disposable surface.
Drainage and airflow underneath
The open-rib profile channels water and keeps air moving under the floor, so the garage stays usable after wet work and weather.
DIY interlocking installation
Tiles click together without glue. Lay them yourself, or configure the floor and request a professionally installed price.

FAQ+–
Are the tiles UV resistant?
Yes. GridFlex Pro is UV stabilised, with fading resistance rated excellent on the dedicated technical specification.
Can they handle high-traffic areas?
They are designed for demanding garage and workshop use, including commercial floors. Load figures sit on the technical specification.
What temperature range can they withstand?
The dedicated technical specification is -40°C to +120°C. TRNSFORM uses the dedicated technical values only.
Can I install them myself?
Yes. The tiles interlock without glue. Choose DIY / supply only, calculate your quantity, and add to cart. Installed labour is quoted separately.
How do I clean them?
Vacuum, then mop with a mild water-based cleaner. A careful pressure wash is appropriate where the install allows water to drain.
What warranty applies?
25 years, Australian, from Flexspec on GridFlex Pro.
Can I mix colours and customise the layout?
Yes. Each colour is its own listing so photography and stock stay honest.
Are they recyclable or environmentally conscious?
The dedicated specification lists a low carbon footprint. Broader claims are not added until approved in writing.
Can they be used temporarily?
Yes. Because the system is modular and unglued, it can be laid for an event or a short-term bay and taken up again.
Where else can they be installed?
Residential garages, gyms and sheds; commercial workshops, studios and showrooms; and event floors such as car shows and marquees.
